Each project requires different people and competencies to deliver fully on our client's expectations. For you, this means not only working in a team-oriented structure but also a cross-functional team setup.
As a Recruiter you will be bringing insights across the Talent Acquisition process. You are used to work candidate-facing with everything that it entails and can put yourself in the candidates' point of view to bring impactful insights and advice to the team. It might be in the perspective of collaborating closely with a client on getting impact in a recruitment marketing project where you team up with content creators and marketers. Or it could be setting up a new assessment process for a particular role.
For you, this will mean that we're not only placing a premium on your experience and skill set as a Recruiter but also on your ability to communicate about what you need to fully utilize your skills as well as being solution-minded when working with those who know less about the ins and outs of recruitment.
Leverage your Skill-set
To be a successful part of Pipelabs we think you match the following profile:
- Experience working as a Recruiter in a very quality-aware and candidate-experience-oriented role
- Used to working with a structured interview process which includes defining evaluation criteria for relevant competencies
- Skilled in finding the balance between getting things done and obsessing over details - preferably you've worked in a tempo and culture where both were important
- Used to working with recruitment documentation
- Been curious about the developments in the generative AI-space and used one or several LLM's as a part of your day-to-day
- Full working proficiency in Swedish and English
To foster the kind of internal culture we believe in we would also presume that you're engaged in updating your own skill set, sharing information and new tricks of the trade, and want to be engaged with the internal and external community.
Your Role
You will support our clients in projects where your responsibility will vary from project to project but always focused on candidates (or, as we like to call them: people). You will actively make sure that all processes that you are involved in reach candidate satisfaction both from those who get hired and as importantly all the others that are a part of any recruitment process.
Pipelabs projects are in the Talent Acquisition space so you should be curious about how you can leverage your skills in that context. Any previous experience from recruitment and the like could be valuable and a good fit for our needs but always secondary to your willingness to learn new things.
